Participants need to select six single course units (15 credits each). These will change as our Masters programmes develop, but currently comprise:
- Beyond methods, approaches and techniques
- Language learning & technology
- Psychology of language learning
- Multimedia design and development
- Language education as intercultural practice
- Teaching & learning online
- Explorations in language
- Blended learning in a digital age
- The education of language teachers
Participants will also take the 30-credit Developing Researcher Competence course unit in preparation for the 60-credit Dissertation which brings the programme to a close.

Note also that, as part of the intercultural education stream that LTE offers within the new MA in Intercultural Communication (launch date: September 2011), we are developing tw new course units:
