The LTE Group

This is the blog for the Language Teacher Education (LTE) Group at the University of Manchester, the home of the MA TESOL and MA EdTech & TESOL programmes.

The blog has been set up to keep you up-to-date about the LTE Group. We are building it up to become an information source about ourselves, our students, about the fields of TESOL (and language teaching more generally), language teacher education, and educational technology. We look forward to hearing from you as the site develops. Current and former students, please send or contribute your news, others are welcome to contribute and comment, too.

For more general information on the School of Education where we work visit:

You can find specific details about the courses we offer here:

http://www.education.manchester.ac.uk/postgraduate/taught/courses/.

There is also a leaflet that describes what we do. And here is our latest team poster.

We are also involved in the supervision of research degrees and further details about these can be found here:

http://www.education.manchester.ac.uk/postgraduate/research/.

If you are interested in applying you will need to produce a research proposal outline and we have created some guidance on how to do this. Take a look also at the following sister blog: ‘The Doctoral Community at LTE’.

Read about the team on their individual pages.
